Kristin Park Hopson is the Head of Immunology and Oncology at Generate Biomedicines, a company merging machine learning and biological engineering to create breakthrough therapeutics.
Previously, she led the development of personalized cancer vaccines at Moderna as the Director of Translational Oncology and Cancer Vaccines.
In 2019, Hopson was named one of Business Insider’s 30 Under 40 leaders transforming healthcare.
She earned her B.S. in biochemistry, cell and molecular biology and zoology from Connecticut College and her Ph.D. in molecular medicine from Boston University. She was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University and Pfizer.
